A message from ASBA
October, 2018
Dear Administrative Professionals,

Fall is here and that means bylaw voting is now open for your school districts. We have received a few inquiries on where to find the model agenda and other information.

The email that was sent out today to all members with the green button "submit here" takes you to all that information PLUS the voting form. I have included detailed information below to help minimize additional questions.

Electronic voting is open

Electronic voting is now open and will close at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 6, 2018. Please review the the procedure and timeline for electronic voting and put consideration of these changes on your board's agenda at your regularly scheduled board meeting during this timeframe.

A model agenda item PLUS other information for this action is also availble by clicking below on the link.

The board's one designee may be a member of the board, the board secretary or the superintendent. Use password bylaw2018 to access the page.

All this information including the form to use when submitting your vote can be found on this webpage, azsba.org/asba-bylaw-changes/
